I've been asked before what are the healthiest foods for the average adult.  So this is what I concocted (in no particular order):

  10. Berries of any kind
  11. Whole wheat bread
  12. Bananas
  13. Leefy greens
  14. Legumes
  15. Wild Salmon/Tuna
  16. Tomatoes
  17. Citrus fruits
  18. Canteloupe
  19. Garlic
  20. Flaxseeds
